Haebom Lee is a Principal Research Engineer at AIMMO, where he specializes in computer vision, deep learning, and image processing. Alongside his work at AIMMO, he is also pursuing his PhD at Heidelberg University in the Computer Vision and Learning lab, which is led by the renowned Professor Carsten Rother. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in computer science from KAIST in the Republic of Korea. Prior to joining AIMMO, he gained a wealth of experience through his work as a student researcher at Bosch, KIST Europe, MMCI SaarbrĂĽcken, and DFKI SaarbrĂĽcken. During his career, he developed a keen interest in virtual object augmentation, synthetic data generation, and generative models, which continue to be the focus of his research today. He has contributed to several research projects, resulting in multiple publications in prestigious conferences and journals. He is passionate about advancing the field of computer vision and applying it to real-world problems. In his free time, he enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest research and technologies in his field, as well as exploring new hobbies such as photography and ChatGPT.
