The Pop in your Job: The What drives you - What is your passion?
Being part of the development of future technology to guarantee safe, comfortable and exciting driving experiences is my daily motivation.
In 2010 I finished my academic studies in mechatronical engineering at the Otto-von-Guericke University of Magdeburg, specialised in mechatronics and smart-structures technology. After that, I joined the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Braunschweig as a scientific engineer to work on control systems for the lay-up of fiber composites. In 2017 I finished my PhD with the title: “Robot-based Fiber Placement with smart correction system”. In 2016 I changed my job-related focus on electrical powered steering systems and began to work for IAV Automotive Engineering in the department of chassis development. Nowadays, I am responsible for the functional safety of the steering system within several projects. Besides of the development for series-production cars, solutions for prototypes and for special vehicles are my expertise.
